All commuters will have the residence hall lobby to relax and hang out in between session. Goalies and commuters will be able to leave their equipment and gear at Varsity Field (where we will be playing) on West Campus, which will be locked in between sessions. We do not encourage players to leave valuable items (phones, wallets, money, etc.) at Varsity Field.

Yes! Family and friends are welcome to attend any or all sessions. However, no one is permitted inside the residence hall rooms during camp besides during check-in and check-out.

The following meals will be provided for overnight campers: dinner on Tuesday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Wednesday; and breakfast on Thursday.

The following meals will be provided for commuter campers: dinner on Tuesday; lunch and dinner on Wednesday.

There is a $200.00 USD non-refundable fee if cancellation occurs for any reason. 14 days or less prior to the start of camp, NO refund will be made unless due to medical reason or illness. A doctor's note must be provided within 14 days of the camp starting date. We will be happy to apply the balance of the tuition towards a future camp. Balances and deposits are transferable to siblings or family members ONLY! There are absolutely NO REFUNDS if cancellation occurs 96 hours of camp start date.

PHYSICALS are required within one year and required to be on file at the physician's office, home or school. WAIVERS are included with online registration/parent signature and a photocopy of the front and back of your insurance card. NO HARD COPY PAPER FORMS MAY BE BROUGHT TO CHECK IN! Please go to the following link to download the required waiver and medical release forms. Once all of the forms are complete and a copy of the insurance card is made they can be submitted to the camp staff by emailing them to: butlerlacrossecamps@gmail.com

*It is important for our sports medicine staff, coaching staff, & Bon Appétit staff to review all paperwork prior to camp so that they can better perform their jobs.

SUMMER ELITE CAMP

  • Pillow
  • Shower supplies
  • Toiletry items (sunscreen, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc.)
  • Medications: **Must be listed as part of registration or provided with waiver during check in
  • Extra spending money
  • Equipment: stick, goggles, mouth guard, goalie equipment *We will not be providing any of these items for camp
  • Plenty of athletic gear (T-shirts, shorts, socks, etc.)
  • Footwear: cleats, turfs, sneakers, shoes (we will be playing on grass and turf) *sneakers must be worn in the dining hall
  • A GREAT ATTITUDE & WORK ETHIC!

*Overnight campers do not need to bring linens, bed sheets, or towels as these will be provided by the university.  You may bring additional items if you wish.  Irvington House is air conditioned, so bringing a fan will also not be necessary.

FALL ID CAMP

  • Medications: **Must be listed as part of registration or provided with waiver during check in

    • 8:30 p.m. - Pick-up at Varsity Field (Lacrosse Turf Field)

    • 8:45 a.m. - Drop-off at Varsity Field
    • 8:30 p.m. - Pick-up at Varsity Field
  •  Thursday
    • 8:45 a.m. - Drop-off at Varsity Field
    • 11:30 a.m. - Pick-up/Check-out at Varsity Field

FALL ID CAMP

  • Saturdday
    • 8:30 a.m. Check-in/Drop-off at Irvington (Lacrosse Turf Field)
    • 4:30 p.m. - Pick-up at Varsity Field (Lacrosse Turf Field)

 

SUMMER ELITE CAMP:  Two Weeks prior to the start of the event (Sunday, July 3, 2022 @ 11:59 a.m. EDT)

FALL ID CAMP:  Two Weeks prior to the start of the event (Saturday, October, 1, 2022 @ 7:59 a.m. EDT)

SUMMER ELITE CAMP - Two Weeks prior to the start of the event (Sunday, July 3, 2022 @ 12:00 p.m. EDT)

FALL ID CAMP -  Two Weeks prior to the start of the event (Saturday, October 1, 2022 @ 8:00 a.m. EDT)

SUMMER ELITE CAMP - Two days prior to the event (Sunday, July 17, 2022 @ 11:59 p.m. EDT)

FALL ID CAMP - One day prior to the event (Friday, October 14, 2022 @ 9:00 a.m. EDT)

A $50 non-refundable deposit per camper is due at the time of registration.

Summer Elite Camp - Full payment is expected by Midnight on June 20, 2022

Fall ID Camp - Full payment is expected by Midnight on October 1, 2022
